You don't create an Instalock account. You sign in by scanning a QR code with the Riot Mobile app on your phone. The QR code flow is built and hosted by Riot Games themselves — the same one they use for other authorized sign-in surfaces. No Instalock password, no email verification, nothing to remember.

Any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Brave, Arc, Opera, and mobile versions of all of the above. If your browser supports ES2022 and WebCrypto, Instalock works.

No. Instalock runs entirely in the browser. There is no desktop app to install, no browser extension, no Overwolf overlay, and nothing to update. The entire product is one URL.

Yes. When you are in Valorant agent select, the Instalock dashboard automatically updates to show every player in your lobby with their current rank, K/D ratio, win rate, headshot percentage, main agent, and recent match history — live, before you lock in your agent.

Yes, for players in matches you are actively playing. Your Valorant game client already has the data for every player in your lobby (it needs it to render them and count their kills). Instalock reads that local data and shows you the player's real Riot ID and stats. Note: Instalock cannot look up private players who are not in a match you are in — it is a personal-use tool for your own matches, not a public lookup service.

Yes. The Instalock store checker pulls your daily store rotation, featured bundles, and night market directly from Riot's storefront API the moment you sign in. Valorant does not need to be running, Vanguard does not need to boot, and you never have to launch the Riot Client.

Yes. Your full collection — every weapon skin, variant, buddy, spray, and player card you own — is browsable inside the app, with the estimated total value based on original VP prices.

Yes. Your career dashboard shows every competitive, unrated, swiftplay, and spike rush match with full scoreboard, agent, map, mode, and individual performance broken down by round.

Yes. Instalock authenticates through the official Riot Mobile QR sign-in flow — the exact same flow Riot themselves built for third-party authentication. Your Riot password is never entered into Instalock, never sent to our servers, and never stored anywhere. The authentication happens entirely between your phone and Riot Games.

Instalock reads data your own Valorant client already has through the public presence channel and the official Riot authentication API. It does not inject into the game, does not modify game files, does not automate gameplay, and does not exploit any client bugs. That said — Instalock is an unofficial companion tool and is not endorsed by Riot Games, so you use it at your own risk. We make no guarantees about Riot's future policy toward companion apps.

Never. Instalock does not store your password because Instalock never sees your password. Riot Mobile QR authentication generates a session token directly from Riot's servers — your password does not enter the equation.

The minimum needed to run the app: your Riot PUUID, your game name and tag line for display, your session token (expires when you log out), and a cache of your recent stats so the dashboard loads fast. No email, no payment info, no personal data beyond what your Valorant profile already shows publicly.

No. Your own career dashboard is visible only to you, inside your own authenticated session. Instalock does not publish, share, or expose your private data to anyone else.

Instalock is a web app — it doesn't use Valorant's regional game servers for its own traffic. Your ping to your Valorant region doesn't affect Instalock. The Instalock web servers are CDN-backed and load fast from anywhere.

Yes. North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Korea, Brazil, and LATAM are all supported.

Nothing to Valorant. Instalock is a one-way read — closing the tab just stops the dashboard updating. It has zero effect on your game, your rank, your connection, or your teammates.

Your Valorant game client publishes presence updates through the Riot platform. Instalock subscribes to those updates for your signed-in account and uses them to switch the dashboard view between "lobby", "agent select", and "live match" automatically.

No. The ad-free experience is a core promise. If Instalock ever needs revenue in the future, it will be through optional paid features — never by introducing ads on the free tier.
